A London real estate agent says he has no idea why someone shot at his southwest London home, but he’s confident police will find the shooter.
Mirza Burzic owns a house on Frontier Avenue, in a new subdivision southwest of Boswick and Southdale roads, hit by at least eight bullets Tuesday night.
London police have made no arrests in the city’s second incident of gunfire this year that has left residents in the upscale neighbourhood on edge.
“Yes, our home was shot at. We do not know who or why. And to our knowledge, there is no reason for anyone to target us,” Burzic said in a text Friday.
“I have faith that the police will be able to resolve this matter.”
Burzic added the ordeal has been hard on his family.
For four days, the bullet holes in Burzic’s garage door have reminded nearby residents of the gunfire that roused them from their beds.
